- 5 Bedrooms with bunk bed – occupancy varies from 2 to 8 persons per room
- Dining room
- TV with cablevision, VCR & DVD located in dining room for students use
- 1 "Male" restroom and 1 "Female" restroom - 2 add'l restrooms in game room
- Kitchen facility for the meal preparations if necessary or on weekends.
- Game room with table tennis, pool & fooseball tables
- Swimming pool with decking located just outside the house
- Non-skiing guests - $100.00 per week for meals and housing (if space is available)
